AARF Angels Fund
AARF takes in many abused and neglected animals who might otherwise have been euthanized and not given a second chance without extensive and expensive veterinary care. AARF relies 100% on public donations to fund skyrocketing medical costs and accomplish our life-saving work. We can only continue to support animals who need it the most with your generous help.
Take a minute to read about our very first AARF Angels and inspiration for this special designation: Boris and Marina.
Marina and Boris Peters, in memory of Dingo:
Marina and Boris Peters are true AARF Angels. Together with their family and friends, they donated more than $2,500 this year to kick off the AARF Angels Fund. Their generous donation is made in memory of their beloved Dingo. Rescued from the streets in front of the family’s business, she returned the favor and filled their hearts.
Marina says, “It was love at first sight. She wasn’t friendly with everyone, we assumed she had been abused. But she loved us and some family members and friends. We could never figure out how she chose who to lick and who to bite. Nevertheless, Boris would take her to the office everyday. It was always risky. We gave her a good life, I like to think. Miss and think of her everyday.” Thank you Marina and Boris!
There are three AARF Angels contribution levels – each of which will support our life-saving mission for neglected, homeless, abandoned, and abused cats and dogs.
