If you believe that sweet dreams are made of cheese – this is the event for you! Join Cheeses by the Keitzes and Rustic Revival Co. for a Charcuterie and Cheese Board Workshop benefitting Animal Allies Rescue Foundation (AARF)!

Each student will leave with a custom Beechwood Cheese Board (17.75”x11”, customization options below), topped with a unique charcuterie spread that you design. You’ll learn how to arrange cheese and fold salami (including the exquisite salami rose!), knife cuts and safety, food pairings, and tips and tricks that’ll make your cheese plate GRATE! And what’s more? This is a BYOB event!
